My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Grand Central and close to other attractions. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, were a bit cramped and dark, making it less than ideal for relaxing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but my experience with the service was marred by an unfortunate misunderstanding about smoking in my room. The dining options were quite limited, and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. Overall, I got decent value for money, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.
